Grand Opening!
Save the date for the official Grand Opening of Resonance Cultural Centre!
On Saturday, October 3, we’re opening our doors for a full day and night of creativity, movement, music and connection, all in support of our local nonprofit.
This is an invitation to explore the space, experience the many things happening within our walls and discover what Resonance is creating for our community. Throughout the day, you can try movement classes, take part in a collaborative community art project, enjoy family activities and browse raffle prizes and silent auction items. Food and drinks will also be available.
As evening arrives, we’ll move into an energizing drum dance followed by open decks DJ sets later in the night.
Everything throughout the event is by donation. Drop in for an activity, stay for the day or come dance with us into the night. A complete schedule and more details will be announced soon.
Your support helps Resonance create accessible experiences, uplift local artists, educators and facilitators, and continue building a vibrant home for creativity, wellbeing and connection in our community.

About Us
Resonance Cultural Centre is a Collingwood nonprofit bringing arts, wellness, movement, music, education and culture together in one inclusive space. Through accessible classes, workshops, events and community programs, Resonance supports local artists, educators and facilitators while empowering individuals to explore their creativity, strengthen their wellbeing and build lives that feel more connected and fulfilling.
What can we expect?
Nothing special is required. Just come ready to explore, create, move and take part in whatever interests you throughout the day.
Resonance is a shoeless venue, so socks, bare feet or clean indoor shoes are welcome. We are an alcohol free, inclusive space where everyone is invited to participate in the way that feels right for them.
A selection of complimentary drinks and snacks will be available, with additional options available for purchase throughout the event.
