Rhythms of Breath

Rhythms of Breath is a facilitated breathwork and drumbath experience with Tasha Dunn (breathwork facilitator) and Paz Ciuk (drums and sound). Join us at Resonance Collingwood, for this special session where Tasha and Paz come together to offer a blend of Breathwave conscious connected breathwork and soothing rhythms to accompany, support and enhance your journey. Expect to arrive at a safe and welcoming environment where there will be plenty of space for you to feel comfortable, expect to be guided in a gentle and empowering way through this experience of wellness through breath and rhythm.

Why practice Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Our breathing has become generally limited and unconscious; the average person only accesses 20 - 30% of their breathing capacity. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a key to bringing light to our unconscious breathing patterns by learning to connect our exhale and inhale in a circular fashion. With this key we open the door to self-healing, personal growth, optimal health and balanced relationships.

The Breathwave practice, gentle by nature, is initially about learning to slow down, connect, soften, and regulate our nervous system.

Once we have learned to correct our unconscious breathing patterns, we can learn to meet our unconscious programs with courage, acceptance, surrender, and forgiveness.

Our breathing is a direct reflection of our relationship to life. The more consistently we practice, the more presence and aliveness we enjoy throughout our daily lives.

Tasha Dunn

Tasha has been facilitating Breathwave™️ Conscious Connected Breathwork for 8 years and continues to marvel at the power, grace and beauty that is held in our very own breath. When communed with and embodied, our breath can open the door to truly transformational healing by providing us with a process to deep presence and awareness. By design, Breathwave is a simple, gentle yet powerful method of practicing Conscious Connected Breathwork with a multitude of benefits such as cleansing the lymphatic system, strengthening the immune system, increasing energy, improving sleep and digestion, balancing hormones, integrating unprocessed emotions and regulating the nervous system. Tasha’s supportive hands-on facilitation brings participants to a safe, grounded, aware and embodied place within themselves so the experience is empowering and transformation - even integration - can begin immediately. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.
