Ecstatic Dance is an open floor, a space to arrive as you are and drop into the body. No choreography, no expectations, just rhythm, breath, and the freedom to move in your own way.

Guided by Paz, each session begins with a brief astrological insight into the week ahead, offering optional cues to explore through movement. From there, his Inner Wave Activation journey unfolds, inspired by 5Rhythms, moving from stillness into flow, building energy, release, creative expression, and softening back into rest.

With layered world music, electronic soundscapes, and live drumming, Paz shapes the experience in real time, creating a dynamic, full-body journey that supports both exploration and integration.

This is a non-judgemental, inclusive space. Move, rest, journal, or simply be, you choose your experience.

Dj Paz

Paz is a prolific DJ, drummer, percussionist, and multimedia event organizer. Originally from Mexico City, he has been vibing in Canada for the past 15 years. Throughout his time in Canada he has been leading and co-creating inclusive projects in the world of the arts, culture and spirituality, providing platforms for artists and creatives to emerge and share his gifts with his community. Paz is currently based in Collingwood, ON, where he hosts a variety of events. 

In his 20 years of DJing, Paz has performed in different festivals in Canada like Solstice, Future Forest, Sonic Springs, Bloom, as well as performing in a variety of clubs, underground parties and ecstatic dance events locally, in Mexico and the U.S. As a DJ he has spun and explored a variety of genres and styles.
