Join Karen and Paz for a deeper and unique experience of movement and yoga with live drumming and meditation.
The journey will start with a guided meditation to ground and set an intention. Once grounded, participants will be led to connect with their physical body as Karen leads a sequence of yoga and movement. The yoga will be accompanied by Paz's drumming which will be crafted according to the intensity of each of the postures. The class will then ease into a couple of
restorative postures where Paz will create healing and soothing sounds as the experience wraps up with a closing meditation.
